Solo exhibition of 2017 Meitar Award for Excellence in Photography recipient Christian Werner. German photojournalist Werner presents a series of photographs that document the persecuted Yazidis on their flight from Islamic State militants in the 2014 Sinjar massacre. Werner documents the life of the Yazidis, and alongside the horrors of the war manages to capture moving moments of everyday reality and the power of life.
