The meeting between Neta Weiner and Ronny Someck invites us to listen to the human voice through a multitude of media – performance, music and poetry. Here, language serves not only as a means of communication, but as a transformative space where the boundaries between self and the other blur and invite empathetic and honest recognition. The dialogue between them reveals the dual potentials inherent in the voice and in the body – to be subject to control and supervision, but also to challenge systems of power and undermine accepted conventions of authority.
