In a building of a mall to be demolished, in a temporary valley of value-for-money: a branch of a retailer called “GOLF” is closing. I wanted to use their dressing, changing rooms as show booths – for confession and for transformation: as departure points – architectural potential for intimacy. The featured artists roll up the curtains on their acts and histories before the casual disappearance of one “method” – replaced by another … A small experimental pop-up pain-lab.
